2018: Basement wall insulation in Urethane. Change the floor covering and suspended ceiling tiles in the basement. Redone plumbing and electrical wiring.

2020: Replacement of the roof of the extension (veranda) with an insulated and ventilated roof frame and a gypsum ceiling. Including upgrading ceiling insulation, installing a sealed vapor barrier, installing galvanized steel flashing at the junction of the wall and roof, eaves flashing in aluminum, self-adhesive membrane over the entire surface of the roof, Maximum ventilation type 302 and Mystique 42 asphalt shingles (50-year limited warranty from the manufacturer).

2020: Addition of a wood fireplace in the basement "True North TN20".

2021: New bathroom, including replacement of all gypsum with anti-mold gypsum, replacement of bath and faucets, toilet and floor covering. Including the reinstallation of the convector, an air extractor with insulated pipe and an air outlet on the exterior wall and a ceiling light.
